About

Hola!  I’m Jenny and my husband Bo and I love to travel and volunteer – this year we got the chance to combine both passions.  For the last 10 years I’ve worked as a Volunteer Manager in the United States, recruiting and training volunteers for non-profits.  Now we’re the volunteers!  Bo and I started our adventure in Granada, Nicaragua and we are now serving in Mexico City, Mexico.  We believe that for  “everyone who has been given much, much will be demanded; and from the one who has been entrusted with much, much more will be asked (Luke 12:48b)”  We have been blessed by a God who loves us and we hope to spend our lives giving back generously in service.  We’ll use this blog to share our life of volunteering and traveling and offer advice on what we learn along the way about where to eat, what to see, and how to get there.  When we’re not volunteering we enjoy spending our days learning Spanish, cooking, reading, running, and continuing the endless (and very yummy) search for the best street tacos in the city.
